Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the Commander landing site and the Commander Software once it ships. Violation is grounds for waitlist removal and, post-launch, license termination.
General prohibited use
- Violate any applicable law (data protection, export control, sanctions, IP, fraud, cybercrime).
- Distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content promoting violence or self-harm.
- Develop, deploy, or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or unauthorized-access tooling.
AI-specific prohibited use
- Use Commander to impersonate persons, manipulate markets, conduct phishing, or commit fraud.
- Use Commander for surveillance, stalking, or coordinated harassment.
- Use Commander to scrape personal data in violation of applicable data-protection law or platform rules.
- Use Commander to influence elections, civic discourse, or critical institutions.
- Automate critical decisions (medical, legal, financial, employment, criminal-justice) without meaningful human oversight.
- Bypass Anthropic's Usage Policies or any other model provider's safety measures.
Service-integrity prohibited use
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with license validation, phone-home, or update mechanisms.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without our prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer the Software except as expressly permitted by mandatory law.
- Resell access to the Software or service without a written reseller agreement.
Reporting abuse
AUP violations, security vulnerabilities, or misuse of Commander can be reported to abuse@dekimu.com. CSAM and active-harm reports take priority.
Enforcement
We investigate AUP reports using reasonable judgment based on available evidence. Actions may include warnings, suspension, license revocation, account termination, or cooperation with law enforcement. No grace period applies to severe violations.
